Welcome to online.uptechinstitute.com (the “Platform”), operated by Uptech Institute (SMC-PVT) LTD (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
1. About the Platform
The Platform is an online learning service that provides courses, tutorials, and educational resources in the fields of web development, mobile app development, programming, graphic design, and related IT disciplines. We offer both free and paid courses.
2. Account Registration
To access courses on the Platform, you must create an account. You can register using your email address, Google account, or Facebook account.
When creating an account, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Keep your login credentials confidential and not share them with others
- Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
- Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or are used fraudulently.
3. Course Access and Enrolment
Free courses: Once enrolled, you will have access to the course content as long as it remains available on the Platform. We reserve the right to modify, update, or remove free course content at any time.
Paid courses: Upon successful payment, you will receive access to the purchased course. Access duration and terms will be specified on the course page at the time of purchase. Paid course content may be updated from time to time to keep it current and relevant.
4. Payments and Refunds
Paid courses are processed through third-party payment providers. All prices are displayed on the Platform at the time of purchase and are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless stated otherwise.
Refund Policy: If you are unsatisfied with a paid course, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase, regardless of how much of the course you have completed. Refund requests can be submitted by emailing us at [email protected]. Refunds will be processed through the original payment method within 14 business days.

5. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:
- Share, distribute, reproduce, or resell any course content, whether free or paid
- Record, download, or capture course materials (including video, audio, and text) through any means not provided by the Platform
- Share your account credentials with others or allow multiple users to access a single account
- Use the Platform to transmit harmful, abusive, defamatory, or illegal content
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform, its servers, or other users’ accounts
- Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to access or extract content from the Platform
- Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your identity
6. Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform — including but not limited to course videos, text, images, graphics, code examples, quizzes, and downloadable resources — is the property of Uptech Institute (SMC-PVT) LTD or its content creators and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
Your enrolment in a course grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and view the course content for your personal, non-commercial educational purposes only. This licence does not include the right to copy, modify, distribute, sell, or publicly display any course content.
7. User-Generated Content
If the Platform allows you to post comments, questions, reviews, or other content (“User Content”), you retain ownership of your content. However, by posting User Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, display, and distribute your content on the Platform for the purpose of operating and improving our services.
You are solely responsible for your User Content and must ensure it does not violate any laws or infringe on any third-party rights. We reserve the right to remove any User Content that violates these Terms or is otherwise inappropriate.
8. Certificates
Upon successful completion of certain courses, you may receive a certificate of completion. Certificates are issued by Uptech Institute and represent the completion of the course requirements as defined by us. Certificates do not constitute accredited academic degrees or professional licences unless explicitly stated.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Platform and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. While we strive to provide accurate, up-to-date, and high-quality educational content, we make no warranties or guarantees regarding:
- The accuracy, completeness, or reliability of course content
- Uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform
- Specific outcomes, employment, or career results from completing our courses
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Uptech Institute (SMC-PVT) LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or interruption of service.
Our total liability for any claim related to the Platform shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
11. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at our discretion if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or behave in a manner that is harmful to other users or the Platform. In such cases, you may forfeit access to course content, including paid courses, without a refund.
You may delete your account at any time by following the instructions on our Data Deletion Instructions page or by contacting us.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Islamabad, Pakistan.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
For significant changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you via email or through a notice on the Platform.
