At Uptech Institute (SMC-PVT) LTD, we want you to be fully satisfied with your learning experience on online.uptechinstitute.com (the “Platform”). This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which you may request a refund for paid courses purchased on our Platform.

1. Refund Eligibility

You are eligible for a full refund if:

  • Your refund request is made within 7 days of the date of purchase.

There is no restriction on how much of the course you have completed — as long as your request is within the 7-day window, you are eligible for a full refund. After 7 days from the date of purchase, the purchase is considered final.

2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, send an email to [email protected] with the following information:

  • Subject line: Refund Request
  • Your full name (as registered on the Platform)
  • The email address associated with your account
  • The name of the course you wish to get a refund for
  • Date of purchase
  • Reason for the refund request (optional, but helps us improve)

We will review your request and respond within 3 business days. If your request meets the eligibility criteria, we will process your refund promptly.

3. How Refunds Are Processed

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please note the following processing timelines:

Refund processing times depend on the payment provider and may vary. Once a refund is initiated from our end, the exact timeline is subject to your bank or payment service provider.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • The refund request is made after 7 days from the date of purchase
  • The course was purchased at a discounted or promotional price, and was marked as non-refundable at the time of purchase
  • The course was part of a bundle deal that was marked as non-refundable at the time of purchase
  • The account has been suspended or terminated due to a violation of our Terms and Conditions

5. Partial Refunds

In certain circumstances, we may offer a partial refund at our discretion. This includes situations such as technical issues that prevented access to a significant portion of the course, or if the course content was substantially different from what was described on the Platform. Partial refund amounts will be determined on a case-by-case basis through mutual agreement.

6. Course Access After Refund

Once a refund has been processed, your access to the refunded course will be revoked. If you wish to access the course again in the future, you will need to purchase it again at the applicable price.

7. Disputes

If you believe your refund request was unfairly declined, you may reach out to us to discuss the matter further. We are committed to resolving any disputes fairly and in good faith through mutual agreement. Please email us with details of your concern, and we will work with you to reach a resolution.

8. Free Courses

This Refund Policy applies only to paid courses. Free courses are provided at no cost and do not involve any financial transactions, so no refund applies.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Changes will not apply retroactively to purchases made before the update.
